Golf GTI.
What was your first music record?
Oh hmmm. I don’t know, I used to go and buy them from Woolworths when they were on special offer! Probably Shakin’ Stevens.
What’s your favourite Lake District view?
Hmmm. It’s all very beautiful!
What’s your favourite walk in the Lakes?
Probably Tarn Hows, with the view towards the Langdales and the Coniston fells.
What’s your favourite season in the lakes?
Winter. Just because it’s beautiful, I love the scenery with the leaves off the trees, and the snow, yes it’s just different!
If you were an animal what would you be?
Hmmm. I’m going to say a cheetah, it’s my daughter’s favourite animal!
Any other interests/ committees?
Even though I used to drive a Golf GTI, I am keen on climate change, so that’s something I’m getting more involved with. I also work at looking at getting children more engaged in country skills and things like that to try and keep young people involved in the area.
