Our head office is fully accessible and has plenty of convenient parking.
Please be warned, our car park is also home to a group of friendly rabbits. Please proceed with great care.
We encourage people to travel sustainably. Our nearest railway station is Oxenholme which is only a 15 minute walk away or only 3 minutes by taxi.

From Monday 16 March we are suspending in person visits to our duty planners at our HQ in Kendal, in Gosforth and in Keswick. Phone and emails are still available.

We can provide copies of documents from microfiche for planning applications from 1949 to 2011. From 2011 to present date the documents are available on our website.
The copy documents can be provided by email or paper.
If you do not know the application reference, you can request us to carry out a planning history search. We will require a location plan with the area to be searched on clearly marked in red. Or you can use our online search facility.
Planning application documents: £5 each (per document) or £25 (per hour, or part thereof) for all the microfiche.
