Car Park Status and Visitor Attractions

Safer Lakes

Guidance is to minimise travel. Getting outside for exercise is of course important, but please don't take any unnecessary risks.

By staying safe and following the guidance you can help reduce the pressure on our emergency services.

Check how the coronavirus rules affect the Lake District National Park

Our patrols are back and we'll be updating this page with the status of car parks everyday from 9am - 5pm.

🔥 Fire risk is currently high across the National Park. Please don't light BBQs or campfires near any grassland or woodland areas.
