Langdale bike hire at Stickle Barn
Bikes are available to hire from the National Trust at the Stickle Barn in Great Langdale. Easy bridleways follow the river down the valley or try some more challenging routes over to Hodge Close or Little Langdale

Bikes bookable from the 9th of June.
- Mon-Sun 10:00 - 16:00
- First hire 10:00
- Last hire: 13:00
- Please ensure bikes are returned promptly at 1pm or 4pm. Out of these hours the National Trust staff may not be at the bike hire pod.

Good to know
- Under 18s hire is to be booked by the adult over 18
- You are responsible for the bike and hire equipment
- Appropriate clothing: breathable loose fit, couple of layers, light showerproof jacket
- We don't recommend cycling in sandals or flip flops.
- Booked online? Please bring proof of ID
- Show photo ID (driving licence or passport) if you are hiring an electric bike - this is required for security purposes
