New Flexible Permit for 2023

As seen above, we have introduced a new flexible permit at a cost of £600, which is comparable with local Councils offering a similar permit. We’re confident this will support local businesses as this permit is transferable between cars, so if you pay for your staff to park, this permit can be shared between vehicles. Or, if you have a business in multiple locations, this will allow for parking in any of our National Park Authority car parks (excluding United Utilities).

If you have any problems or queries, email us parking@lakedistrict.gov.uk

You can pay over the phone by calling 01539 724555

  • Any misuse of a permit, including amending, copying or duplicating will lead to a parking penalty being issued.
  • Please note that lost or stolen permits can only be replaced upon written request from the permit owner and must state the permit number.
  • A fee of £ 25.00 will be chargeable for a replacement permit for a specific vehicle.
  • Any replacement permits for non-specified vehicles will be charged the cost of the time remaining on the lost or stolen permit.
  • Allow sufficient time prior to the expiry date to renew your permit and prevent any parking penalties being incurred.
