Coast to Coast

Keswick is on the Coast to Coast cycle route 71. This is a great long distance cycle challenge which will take you from the Western coast of Cumbria to the North East coast of Northumbria.

Keswick Railway Path (Closure due to Flood Damage)

A popular section of the C2C cycle is the family-friendly route that takes you from Keswick to the village of Threlkeld. Some of the path is still closed after severe flood damage, but work is ongoing to open the full path again. Latest news on the Keswick to Threlkeld railway path.

Whinlatter Forest

Five miles north of Keswick Whinlatter Forest has lots to do for all the family, incuding mountain bike trails.
