  • Total ascent: 500 m (cumulative height from start point to finish point).
  • Highest point: 950 m
  • Duration: 6.0 hours
  • Grade: Very hard
  • Grade description: Long, full-day mountain walks of 10 – 19 km (6 – 12 miles). Expect sustained, occasionally very steep ascents and descents over loose, slippery rocky ground. Possibly some scrambling. A high level of fitness and stamina is required. If in doubt, we strongly recommend trying a hard grade walk first. Not suitable for children with limited experience of fell walking.
  • Well behaved dogs on leads and guide dogs are welcome.
