Guided Walk: Helvellyn - a walk with John Muir Trust

In partnership with the John Muir Trust, join us in this magnificent landscape and learn more about one of the highest peaks in England and the work we’re doing to keep it special. Join us on this challenging walk to one of the most iconic fells in the Lake District. By Sticks Pass and Raise, returning by an ancient pony track. This walk includes three Wainwrights.

- Grade: Very hard
- Grade description:
Long, full-day mountain walks of 10 – 19 km (6 – 12 miles). Expect sustained, occasionally very steep ascents and descents over loose, slippery rocky ground. Possibly some scrambling. A high level of fitness and stamina is required. If in doubt, we strongly recommend trying a hard grade walk first. Not suitable for children with limited experience of fell walking.
