Event description

This practical and fun 1 day training course, based in the Lake District, will provide you with essential lifesaving skills in an outdoors context. The accredited course is delivered by First Aid Training plus, and you will receive a certificate that is valid for three years and a First Aid manual. It may also be suitable for some outdoor instructor awards (please check with your own NGB).

We can also confirm that the course can cover ‘+F’ content on this course (severe bleeding, crush injuries, hypothermia and Lyme Disease). Please indicate at time of booking.
