These terms & conditions apply to the image capture campaign run by the Lake District National Park Authority, Brockhole on Windermere and Coniston Boating Centre.
By submitting an image on social media or by email the ‘photographer’ is allowing the LDNPA to use their image on future products
The ‘photographer’ will not be able to remove their image from any future products which it may be featured on once submitted.
The ‘photographer’ understands that they will not receive anything in return for their image, other than the possibility of their image being used on LDNPA products.
The promoter is Lake District National Park Authority (LDNPA), whose offices are at Murley Moss, Oxenholme Road, Kendal, Cumbria, LA9 7RL.
The campaign is open to everyone including employees of the Lake District National Park, their families or anyone else associated with this competition.
There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the campaign and these terms and conditions without notice if something should happen outside of the promoter's control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
The promoter's decision in respect of all matters to do with the campaign will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
