Brockhole on Windermere is home to a number of popular and busy cafés and beautiful restaurant, The Gaddum. We’re looking for ambitious and enthusiastic chefs and kitchen members, of various levels and experience.

  • Junior Sous, Chef de Partie, Pastry Chef, Commis Chef and Kitchen Porter
  • Full time, part time and seasonal positions available

The Gaddum opened in April 2018 and our reputation for fantastic food and Afternoon Teas has more than matched the setting at Brockhole. The Gaddum caters for visitors looking for a more relaxed and refined offer and has a growing regular clientele as well as many new guests.

Brockhole café is popular with families who are looking for skilfully prepared food, served quickly so they can get back outside. We need chefs who can calmly manage high demand over a short period of time, without compromising on quality.

Our two on site outlets serve grab and go food.

We also have a BBQ and Outdoor Kitchen, open at weekends and the holiday periods.

And finally, we host events which give opportunities for exploring catering for large audiences.
