Proposal:  We have entered into an agreement with the landowner to create a footpath through Close Wood, Haverthwaite Heights, from SD 3464 8495 to SD 3472 8508 (as shown on A-B-C) and we have dedicated a section of path on our own land through Kirk Doors from SD 3458 8469 to SD 3464 8495 to as shown (C-D).

Diversion of footpath 520029 and 520031 Manor Farm, Broughton West  Parish - and abandonment of creation order for a footpath north of Manor Farm

Proposal: We have entered into an agreement with the landowner (South Lakeland District Council) to dedicate a footpath in Elleray Woods and to widen an existing footpath south of Orrest Head, Windermere.

Creation of a number of footpaths and bridleways River Esk and Hows Wood - Eskdale Parish

Parish: Eskdale Parish

Proposal: We have entered into agreements with the landowners to dedicate a number of public paths, and dedicated a section on its own land, namely:

1. Bridleway along the riverbank from Trough House Bridge to Stanley Ghyll Beck.

2. Bridleway along the old tramway from Church House to and across the river.

3. Footpath from Stanley Ghyll Beck along the riverbank to the above bridleway.

4 Circular footpath around How Wood, with Southern spur to Holy Well and the River Esk.

Creation of bridleway 512074/512075, alongside B5285, Coniston Parish

Parish:  Coniston Parish

Proposal:  We have entered into an agreement with the landowner (The National Trust) to dedicate a public bridleway over a roadside path (part of which was already a public footpath) alongside the B5285 from Yewdale Bridge, Coniston to the Tarn Hows road above Monk Coniston.
