The Duddon is a very secluded and little-known valley in the remoter south western Lake District. It has just one quiet road running the length of this dramatic glaciated valley which makes it ideal for a relaxed cycle ride. The ride is on minor roads with little traffic and just a few hills so is suitable for active families and leisure cyclists.
This ride is part of the HSBC British Cycling guided ride programme in partnership with the Lake District National Park and local authorities.
