About the conference

The Lake District National Park Authority arranges the Lake District Annual Archaeology Conference to showcase the research that takes place within this rich cultural landscape, which was inscribed as a World Heritage Site in July 2017.

This year the conference will provide an opportunity to learn about recent projects carried out by universities, organisations and those undertaken in partnership with local communities.
