Please check this page for updates on the allocations of land process.

What has happened
The Issues and Options Consultation has now closed. Thank you to everyone who submitted comments. We are assessing the comments and a consultation report of what you said will be available shortly.
Next steps
Following The Issues and Options consultation we will assess all responses received and produce a report to outline all findings.
We will then undertake a detailed technical assessment of all sites taking into account the comments received during this consultaion opportunity. We will produce a Preferred Options report, and we will consult you again on this. This is anticipated to be in late 2010.
A final version of each DPD will then be submitted to the Secretary of State for examination. We hope to be able to adopt both DPDs in May 2012.
