Allocations of Land Development Plan Document
This document will form a key element in our LDF, as it will help to progress the delivery aims established within the Core Strategy.
The closing date for the Call for sites consultation has passed. Thank you to everyone who has submitted sites. There has been an excellent response.
We will acknowledge all site submissions to everyone who sent them in. The letter will contain a unique reference number for the site(s) that submitted and will make it easier for you to track the progress of your site(s) through the process.
We are now in the process of collating the sites. We are undertaking an initial assessment of the sites and will produce a document for consultation with suitable suggestions. We hope this consultation will take place in March.
Next steps
The Call for sites consultation is just the first step in the Allocations of Land Development Plan Document. Following this consultation there will be:
- Issues and options consultation
- Preparation of preferred options taking on board comments made at issues and options
- Preferred options consultation
- Identification of final sites to be allocated taking on board comments made at preferred options
- Pre-submission consultation
