Charges and booking process
No charge is made for teachers and adult helpers accompanying the group. We require a non-refundable deposit of 25 per cent of the total to confirm your booking. The balance is settled by invoice the day after the visit.

Please ring the Learning Service on 015394 40800 to discuss your requirements before completing the booking form.
A non-refundable deposit of 25 per cent is required in advance, payable to "Field Studies Council"
Final numbers must be given at least 14 days prior to the visit.
Groups will be invoiced for the balance due on the day following their visit.
