Rights of Way Committee
The Rights of Way Committee was established in March 2007 and reports to Authority. It meets to discuss:
- Evidential definitive map modification orders under the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981
- Public path orders and agreements under the Highways Act 1980, where there is an outstanding objection

Agendas will be available approximately one week before the meeting.
Minutes are listed under the meeting date where they are presented to committee members. So for example minutes for a January meeting will appear in the associated papers for the February meeting.
