Accessible for all
We aim to make your visit enjoyable, whatever your needs.

If you're looking for routes suitable for wheelchairs, buggies or for those who find walking a challenge, there are 39 Miles Without Stiles routes across the National Park.
Many of our events are suitable for those with limited mobility, the visually-impaired or the hearing-impaired. They will start again in April 2010, so please come back then!
The Lake District Visitor Centre at Brockhole has many facilities to help make your visit as comfortable and accessible as possible. And there's a wheelchair accessible boat available for hire at the Coniston Boating Centre.
