We are looking for bright, keen and enthusiastic people to provide a high quality customer service to help visitors make the most out of their visit to the National Park.
Good retail sales experience, combined with an ability to provide great customer service is important. This role will require a reasonable grasp of modern information technology, knowledge of the area, and its local products. Most importantly, you need to be passionate about the Lake District and be eager to share this passion with our visitors.
The Information Centres are open all year round 7 days a week. The successful applicants will be given the opportunity work in Keswick and Glenridding.
