Business Improvement Manager

We are currently looking for a Business Improvement Manager to join our team at Murley Moss in Kendal on the edge of the Lake District. We are currently pursuing an agenda to build on our success and become even more efficient, commercial and innovative. Working with the Programme Development Manager and Strategic Leadership Team you will deliver significant improvements in information management and business processes across the organisation. You will project manage high profile business developments to deliver the business objectives to time, quality and within budget. Providing advice and support to project managers and senior responsible owners of high profile projects to ensure they are well managed.

We’re looking for someone who:
  • Has a track record of delivering innovative and creative solutions to deliver organisational objectives;
  • Has proven project or programme management and programme office experience;
  • Is an excellent communicator with first class presentation skills, both written and oral;
  • Has an excellent track record of managing projects and programmes , delivering business objectives to time, quality and within budget;
  • Is experienced in delivering organisational change programmes;
  • Possesses strong negotiation and influencing skills;
  • Has the ability to deliver against agreed KPIs and project plans;
  • Has a flexible ‘hands on’ approach who is comfortable working with all different levels across the whole of an organisation.
